ignorant people on facebook

So I was browsing through the bumper sticker application on facebook and I've been getting to angry 'cause the stickers about the age of the chinese gymnasts have been downgrading from funny to disgusting. One of my least favorite ones was a sticker that said "Sorry Ying Yang, try again when you've hit PUBERTY". I have several problems with this for several reasons. First off, I agree that the age controversy having to do with TWO of the female chinese gymnasts is quite hilarious 'cause it's always funny when china is willing to break laws to improve their reputation. However, this is not funny, 'cause I just don't like that. It's ridiculous 'cause there are 2-3 people on that team that are legitimately my age or older, so about 18-20 years old. Also, neither me nor any of my friends (american and chinese) can understand why it's that much of a deal. I mean, I know you gain some flexibility from being younger, but the fact, though, that they are that strong and hav eobviously trained that hard despite their young age is no different from michael phelps or any of the other athetes. Need I remind you that michael phelps entered the olypmpics when he was 15. Granted there's no age limit, but my point is that these girls worked way to hard to be looked upon with spite for something they're rightfully earned. And yes, I did say "rightfully" earned because the reason the US got silver WAS NOT, contrary a seemingly popular belief, because the chinese gymnasts are YOUNGER, but because one of the athletes on the US team had a BAD DAY. DUH. ACCEPT IT. GET OVER IT. I'm disgusted enough by people's general ignorance in this country already without having to go on a site I enjoy and seeing that ignorance everywhere, too.

restlessness

I am awake. I am awake why? I don't know. I am angry. I am angry why? I DO know that one, and it's because I can't sleep! I am so damn tired.....yet my mind isn't getting sleepy....ohhhhhh no. It's getting angry. I have a headache! I don't know why I have a headache....but you know what? The smell of chinese medicine things does NOT make me feel better. Those actually GIVE me headaches and makes me more annoyed than it calms me.

You know, there are a few possibilities why Tracy isn't picking up, and one of them bugs me, too. Maybe that while I was drifting off, she had the phone taken away by her father...and i wasn't supposed to call back, but I just did like a billion times. Maybe she's lying there asleep not knowing that I was calling because her parents have her phone. Part of me wishes that--if this was true--my ID would be private and I can bug the crap out of them. I have no other way to relieve this stress other than to blog. I can't do anything....I can't play games, I can't sleep...I can't read. It's been barely 20 minutes since I've called and I can't stop having the urge to call again. This is horrible. I'm like an addict going through withdrawal.
